Much of life is outside our control, but we can change how we perceive and respond to things. This series is for anyone seeking a break from the stress of modern life and looking to fortify their resilience.

Each episode provides space to breathe and decompress, so you can reconnect with yourself. You will also build techniques for handling stress and difficult emotions. All experience levels welcome.

About the host

It was a little more than a decade ago when Devon Pipars left her fast-paced career to move to the Himalayas of northern India. She spent the next 4 years continuously studying and practicing meditation under the guidance of a world-renowned guru. During this time, she learned to reimagine the human experience from a new perspective and to exist in deeper alignment with nature.

Since returning from India, Devon has dedicated herself to sharing what she learned with others. Her guided meditations help people to relax in the moment while imparting lasting wisdom.
